Isaac Tannenbaum

Prior to founding Junto, Isaac was heavily involved in the Weatherization Assistance Program in NYC, helping to increase the energy efficiency of multifamily buildings through the leveraging of ARRA funding. He is a principal of a full-service HVAC company concentrating on high-end residential and commercial projects, and is the founder and owner of a boutique real estate firm focusing on high-performance residential development and management. Isaac holds an MA and a JD with high honors, and has extensively studied environmental management at the post-grad level. He has numerous accreditations in the building, sustainability and insurance sectors.


Eugenie Zynda

Eugenie has consulting experience in building performance, workforce development and organizational assessment and diagnosis. She has aided in the development of municipal Sustainability Office infrastructure, urban garden groups and neighborhood assemblies. She has instructed for STRIVE International’s Green Construction Program and sits on the Envirolution Alumni Advising Committee, helping to develop green workforce education. Eugenie holds a BS in Environmental and Resource Economics from Cornell and is the first graduate of The New School’s MS in Environmental Policy and Sustainability Management program. She is a LEED AP, BD+C, a BPI Envelope and Multifamily Building Analyst, and GIPRO and GRI certified.


Gary Kline

Gary has extensive experience as a principal and investor in a wide variety of entertainment, technology and real estate ventures. He is a partner at Kline & Stachtiaris, LLP, founder and CEO of Highline Stages, LLC, founder and owner of Gravitas Entertainment, LLC, owner and CEO of First National Properties, Inc., and serves on the Board of Directors of the Meatpacking District Improvement Association (MPIA) in NYC. Prior to these ventures, Gary was an attorney in the music department of Grubman, Indursky & Shire, LLP and in the litigation department of Pryor Cashman, LLP. He holds a BA from Johns Hopkins and a JD from Fordham.


Alina Lundry

Alina has over 25 years of chief accounting and operations experience in a unique range of business settings. She is the owner and CFO of Highline Stages, LLC, and has served as the CFO of CECO Studios, LLC, and as the COO and EVP of Industria Superstudios Overseas, Inc. Prior to her COO and EVP roles, she served as Industria’s Controller, and then as the VP and GM of Studio & Events. In her early career, she was a CPA at Shanholt, Glassman, Klein, Kramer & Co. Alina holds a BS in Accounting from Long Island University, and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs.
