Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) refers to a set of business practices which account for the social and environmental impacts of a business. When a company adopts CSR principles, it indicates a commitment to developing policies and procedures which integrate responsible practices into its daily operations.

When effectively implemented, CSR can also result in various financial benefits, such as reduced cost of energy and waste management, increased operational and resource efficiencies, strengthened brand and service recognition, improved customer and employee loyalty, and enhanced corporate image among regulators, customers and the public.

Junto works with clients to establish comprehensive CSR initiatives and to monitor and report on progress in a transparent manner. We primarily utilize the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) framework for CSR development and reporting, which is considered to be the gold standard by industry professionals. A number of our key staff members are certified by GRI, as well as certified to conduct ISO audits, ensuring that our reports accord with the world’s leading CSR standards.
